This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how MagneAI® Fondation and its subsidiaries (collectively “MagneAI® Fondation,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies when you access and use any of the websites we operate (the “Website” or “Websites”) and our other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively with Website(s), the “Service” or “Services”), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.
Products and services outside of the Services described herein are not subject to this Privacy Policy. For example, if you are a user of a MagneAI®-enabled mobile device or third-party dApp, please refer to the relevant privacy policy associated with those services to understand how your personal information is processed.
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers while providing our products and services to them (e.g., where business customers provide or make available to us data regarding their own customers or end users). We use the personal information we receive from our business customers solely in accordance with their instructions, as governed by our agreements with those customers. Where Do We Store and Process Your Personal Information?
The Services provided by MagneAI® Fondation are hosted on servers and infrastructure located primarily in the United States. By using our Services, you understand and agree that your personal information may be collected, transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers or partners are located.
The data protection and privacy laws in the United States may be different and, in some cases, less protective than those of your home country or region. MagneAI® Fondation does not intentionally collect or process “sensitive personal information” as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), including information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, sexual orientation, or precise geolocation.
In cases where you submit sensitive financial data (e.g., banking details or wallet credentials) through third-party payment providers integrated with our Services, we do not directly access or store such information. These providers handle such data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We strongly encourage you not to submit sensitive personal information through the Services unless explicitly requested and securely transmitted.

Opt-out of communications
If you receive marketing emails from MagneAI® Fondation, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt out from receiving marketing emails and any other promotional communications that we may send to you from time to time (e.g., by postal mail) by sending your request to us by email at privacy@magneai.org or by writing to us at the address provided in the ‘Contacting Us’ section of this Privacy Policy.
Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, it may take up to ten business days to process your request, and you may continue to receive marketing emails during this period. Additionally, even after opting out of marketing communications, you will still receive security-related, administrative, and transactional messages regarding your use of our services.

We will comply where reasonably practicable within a reasonable timeframe, but may need to retain certain information to satisfy legal obligations or where we have a legitimate reason to do so.
Do Not Track

How long do we keep your personal information for?

Aggregated and anonymized data that no longer identifies users of the Service is retained as needed to provide the Services and for our lawful business purposes.
What is our policy on children?
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without parental consent. If we discover that personal information from a child under 18 has been collected on our Services without consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
