Where Do We Store and Process Your Personal Information?

The Services provided by MagneAI® Fondation are hosted on servers and infrastructure located primarily in the United States. By using our Services, you understand and agree that your personal information may be collected, transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers or partners are located.

Opt-out of communications

If you receive marketing emails from MagneAI® Fondation, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, it may take up to ten business days to process your request, and you may continue to receive marketing emails during this period.
